Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and session data. We also process the portfolio holdings, imported brokerage files, option positions, preferences, questions, trade selections, and other information you choose to provide. BazaarLabs stores generated recommendations, analysis results, validation records, and interaction history needed to provide and improve the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, analyze your portfolio, generate and explain recommendations, track actions you record, monitor recommendation changes, provide support, secure and troubleshoot the service, enforce usage limits, and improve product quality. BazaarLabs provides decision support only and never places brokerage orders.
ChatGPT and connected services
If you connect BazaarLabs to ChatGPT, authorized requests may retrieve your stored recommendations, request a new analysis, or record that you selected a recommendation. Information returned through that connection is also subject to your agreement with OpenAI. You can decline authorization and disconnect the integration.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for authentication and hosting, database storage, AI processing, market data, error monitoring, analytics, and notifications. These providers process information on our behalf under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell your personal information or portfolio data.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also disconnect ChatGPT authorization and manage notification preferences. Contact us to make a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity first.
Children and changes
BazaarLabs is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the product changes and will post the revised effective date here.
